Tens of thousands of people are isolated and alone, struggling to cope with even the simplest of household chores. All too often individuals can become depressed and increasingly frail that can result in a crisis situation, which often forces them into care.

Triangle Care was established by Guideposts to address these issues.

What Services do we offer?

• Light cleaning duties
• Prepare a light meal
• Assist with laundry
• Provide carers with a short break
• Provide day, evening and night sitting
• Assistance on hospital discharge
• Shopping
• Collecting pension / prescriptions
• Assistance to attend appointments
• Friendship and companionship

(Minimum of 2 hours per week)
