What Our Clients Say

We listen carefully to our clients so that we can improve our services, their feedback is an essential way for us to assess what we do well and what we could do better.

Here are some examples of how we have helped people to live at home and continue enjoying their hobbies and interests.

Client A who had a physical disability, expressed a keen interest in sailing so Guideposts arranged for him to visit Draycott Water reguarly.

Client B  has dementia and is a very independent person, however to begin with she could not even remember how to boil her kettle.  After two years of support she can now make her own meals, enjoys trips out to the park and her memory score at the clinic has risen.

Client C  has dementia.  Her family lives abroad for six months every year.  Whilst they are away, with Guideposts’ support, she is able to remain safely at home which is her choice.

Below are a few of the comments that our service has received.
