Michelle is our specialist Parent Carer Support worker who works with parents who care for children under the age of 18 with an illness, learning disability, AD/HD or Autism. Michelle can help with the problems impacting on your family life whether they be physical or emotional. You may be unaware of the help that you could receive or the services that are available to you and so Michelle can work with you to find the best possible solutions for you and for family.

Guideposts Parent Carer Service can offer a wide range of support, including:

• One-to-one friendly and confidential advice.
• Support that can be provided both at home or as appropriate.
• Support in meetings, hospital appointments etc.
• Drop in surgeries
• A regular newsletter full of information for parent carers.
• A website which is packed with information and links to other agencies.
