North Warwickshire, Nuneaton & Bedworth Mental Health Carer Support Groups

Notice to all carers who attend North Warwickshire, Nuneaton & Bedworth Mental Health Carer Support Groups – this support group will be moving from Guidepost Community Café (Nuneaton) to Oakwood Day Treatment Service (Avenue House, 3 Manor Court Avenue, Nuneaton CV11 5HX) as of June 2012.

Guideposts are pleased to be working in partnership with the team at Oakwood Day Treatment Service (which is part of mental health services within NHS Warwickshire).

Venue: Oakwood Day Treatment Service, Avenue House, 3 Manor Court Avenue, Nuneaton, CV11 5HX

Time: 5:00pm-6:30pm

Dates: Usually the 1st Wednesday of each month.

Wednesday 6th June 2012 (Re-launch of support group – light buffet, information about service from Vicki Farley and presentation by Oakwood Day Treatment Service)

Wednesday 4th July 2012 (Guest speaker: Dr Elgasim – Consultant Psychiatrist, Oakwood Day Treatment Service)

Wednesday 1st August 2012 (Offloading session – an opportunity to share experiences and gain knowledge from other carers)

Wednesday 5th September 2012 (Guest speaker: Phil Cullen – Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team)
