Mental Health Carer Support Groups

At the present time, Guideposts Carers Support Service is pleased to confirm that the Mental Health Carer Support Groups will continue to run within the Warwickshire County.

North Warwickshire, Nuneaton & Bedworth Mental Health Carer Support Group

Rugby Mental Health Carer Support Group

South Warwickshire/Stratford-Upon-Avon Mental Health Carer Support Group

The support groups will be offering a mix of information and support aimed specifically at carers who provide emotional and/or practical support to someone with mental health illness. For example, one month may focus on gaining support from other carers or sharing caring experiences with other mental health carers in a safe and confidential environment, whereas the following month a guest speaker may attend to talk about their topic of specialism.
