Meet The Guidepost Carers Support Team

Christine Grimley - Service Manager.

Chris has been a Carer Support Worker in Warwickshire for 17 years, she has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of caring. Chris became Deputy Manager for Guideposts in November 2007 and since has  become Service Manager as of 1st July 2011.

Pam Sidhu -Carer Support Worker for Black, Minority and Ethnic Groups (BME) - Countywide.

Pam is our BME worker who can speak 5 different languages including English,Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. Pam supports the BME community Countywide. For more information about Pam’s role, click here.

Michelle Sawyer - Parent Support Worker- Countywide.

Michelle is our Parent Carer Support Worker. She supports carers who have children under the age of 18 who have an illness or disability. Michelle supports carers County wide, for more information about Michelle’s role click here.

Vicki Farley-Mental Health Specialist Support Worker- Countywide.

Joanne Hancox – Generic Carer Support Worker- Rugby.

Jo is our generic carer support worker who covers the Rugby area.

Kerry Leekey -  Generic Carer Support Worker – North Warwickshire.

Kerry is our generic carer support worker for Nuneaton, Bedworth &  North Warwickshire.

Amanda Jerman- Generic Carer Support Worker- South Warwickshire.

Amanda is our generic carer support worker who covers South Warwickshire.

Ann Jackson-Generic Carer Support Worker- South Warwickshire.

Ann is our generic carer support worker who covers South Warwickshire.

Alison Farr- Training and Volunteer Coordinator – County wide.

Judith Rawlins – Administrator

Judith is our Administrator who deals with the administration in our Nuneaton office.
