Carers Emergency Card Service

The Carers Emergency Card is a FREE Service to support carers in Warwickshire.

Carrying a Carers Emergency Card ensures that should anything unforeseen happen to you then the person you care for, and/ or the appropriate agencies will be informed of the situation. The card is easily identifiable and can be placed in your wallet or purse. Each card has a code that is linked to an emergency plan document that will have been created by you, as the carer, which can be put into place in the event of an emergency.
