WHO CARES FOR YOU?

If you care for someone who is elderly, we can look with you for services to help them with their personal care or give them care and companionship during the day.  Alternatively, you may want to discuss how to choose and fund long term care…(support for carers)
 

If you care for a child with special needs, you can contact us to discuss their leisure activities and transition from children’s to adult services..(support for parent carers)
 

If you care for someone who has a physical disability, contact us about possible funding for adaptations to your home; equipment; accessible holidays and specialist medical information.
 

If you care for an adult or child with a learning disability, we can look together at their education; their move towards independence; social opportunities; financial future and housing…(support for carers of an adult with learning disability)
 

If you care for someone who has mental health or drug and/or alcohol misuse problems, we can discuss their support in hospital or in the community, their CPA and your role in their life.
 

If you are aged between 9-18 and care for a relative who is ill or disabled, contact our Young Carers Project to find out about what information and activities we offer or visit the Young Carers website.
