Guideposts Trust Charity Shop (Tewskesbury – Gloucestershire)

 

Guideposts charity shop help raise valuable funds supporting directly the services we provide in the local community.DSC_0566 (2)

Staffed by a team of 15-20 volunteers the shop sells second hand clothes, books, DVDs, music and households Items.

The shop accepts cash donations in-store too.

The Shop is opened Mon-Sat from 9:30 am – 5.00 pm

 

Guideposts Gift and Craft Shop in Ware (Hertfordshire)

Located on Ware High Street, the shop was established in 1996 to provide work training opportunities for young people with learning disabilities. It is one of Guideposts longest running projects.

The Shop, which specialises in baby wear, quirky gifts for special occasions and fancy greeting cards from famous brands (Jellycat, No Added Sugar, Snuglo, Rex), over the years has become an indispensable part of the local trading scene on Ware High Street.

Recently the shop has had a makeover and all stock now is on sale for £10 and under.

The Shop is opened Mon-Sat from 10:00am – 5.00 pm

 The shop accepts cash donations in-store too.

 

Guideposts Gift Shop in Watford (Hertfordshire)

The Shop specialises in baby wear, quirky gifts for special occasions and fancy greeting cards from famous brands (Jellycat, No Added Sugar, Snuglo, Rex),

an indispensable part of the local trading scene on Watford’s Market Street and a very successful vocational training centre for people with or recovering from mental health problems.

Recently the shop has had a makeover and all stock now is on sale for £10 and under.

Guideposts Community Café in Lechtworth (Hertfordshire)

 

Guideposts  runs a Community Café within the Art Centre in Lechtworth. Letchworth cafe 1

This attractive venue is centrally located and an accessible venue ideal for breakfast, morning coffee and light lunches and delicious afternoon teas.

In addition the manager can cater for one off and special events.

The café is opened Mon-Sat from 10.00 – 3.00 pm

The Café provides supported training and work placements for adults with learning disabilities and the opportunity to participate in vocational training as part of the wider community. We have a number of opportunities for volunteers to become involved.

                

Guideposts Community Café in Nuneaton (Warwickshire)

Our Community café in Nuneaton town Centre is opened six days a week serving light lunches, snacks and drinks. It is a friendly and accessible venue, ideal for meeting up with friends. We host one-off, celebratory and seasonal events, and the café can also be hired privately for meetings and special occasions.

We have a number of training and supported work placements and also opportunities for volunteers to become involved.
