Guideposts Trust is a National Charity working actively in local communities to to offer care, support and opportunities to those who are facing social exclusion and disadvantage, and who are vulnerable and frail.

Every year, at the heart of your community, Guideposts plays a vital role in providing social integration, reaching out and supporting some of the most vulnerable and isolated groups in society.

Guideposts cares for those who experience the distress of Alzheimer’s disease; provides support for carers; gives opportunity to adults with learning disabilities; provides fun and education to children with special needs; helps people with mental health issues to cope with their illness; and gives individuals an equal opportunity.

Our work goes on day in day out, 365 days a year and every year our service users tell us about the difference Guideposts’ support has made to their lives. This is only made possible by our remarkable supporters.
