Dementia Information Line Oxfordshire

Guideposts Trust Oxfordshire has been awarded a new contract from Oxfordshire County Council to run the new Dementia Information Line Oxfordshire.
This new service will be opened in the next few weeks and will provide valuable information for those diagnosed with dementia and their carers living in Oxfordshire.
The service will be located in Guideposts Care Research Offices situated at
Two Rivers Station Lane Witney OX28 4BH
