Quality, Policy and Practice Manager
Salary: £36-39,000 per annum
Supporting the Director of Services in the management and monitoring of Quality Assurance and the development of a quality system and framework, you will act as a key advisor to Guideposts Directorate on policy development, research, legislation, policy and good practice in the field of social care.
The post holder will work with the Business Development Manager and Directorate to research specific areas as requested to underpin Guideposts strategic vision and operating plan and tender bids.
You will be an experienced and professionally qualified practitioner/manager, ideally with a Management qualification.
Our head office is in Oxfordshire but there is flexibility in where these two roles would be based and regular travel will be required from the post holder.
This role will require regular travel and a full driving license is essential. This role is subject to CRB clearance.

Business Development Manager
Salary: £45 – 50,000 + Performance related bonus
Reporting to the Managing Director this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop & grow the Trust’s portfolio of Domiciliary Care, Dementia & Community Based Services specifically targeting the private sector.
You will be expected to make a significant contribution to the strategic development of the organisation through membership of the senior management team.
Working with the Services Development teams you will be responsible for establishing the market potential of existing & new services – including optimum pricing, competitor analysis & marketing campaigns.
The post-holder will be expected to generate new business predominantly, however they will also develop & manage a portfolio of strategic corporate clients & will be targeted to retain and grow this group.
As part of the role you will be expected to network effectively, build and maintain excellent contacts & strategic partnerships, be aware of developments within the sector and integrate these into the Trust’s strategic planning.
The above role will require regular travel and a full driving license is essential. This role is subject to CRB clearance.
