At Guideposts in Gloucestershire we have around 90 staff and work with 300+ people including those with or recovering from mental health issues, older people and people with a learning disability.

Our vision is of a society where all people are valued and have equality of opportunity. We deliver and develop quality person-centred and innovative services. We are committed to working in partnership with people to develop ser-vices that don’t just meet individual needs but help people to have a good life.

We believe services are better when they fully involve the people that use them. We hugely value feedback and for those interested we have a forum for service users to look at how we can further improve our services.
