While donating directly to a charity is the most effective way to give, shopping at sites which give back is a way to supplement that giving! Since we all have things we need to buy, why not shop at places that give back? Guideposts has a number of ways you can shop and support:

Our charity shop in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire is a wonderful Aladdin’s Cave with a great selection of quality clothes, books, CDs, homeware and more donated by our supporters and sorted and displayed by our team of fantastic volunteers

Our enchanting children’s boutique in Ware, Hertfordshire stocks the latest in designer and contemporary children’s clothing and babywear, along with a huge array of children’s gifts and toys. There’s also a range of lovely hand-made soaps and toiletries to pamper mums, too! Our greetings card and wrappings range provides everything you need for a great finishing touch for those special people in your life.

Our Ebay site has lots of memorabilia from our celebrity supporters who have kindly donated autographed items such as photos and books, shoes and clothes – we have even had Acker Bilk’s signed clarinet reed! We also sell lovely handbags, cosmetics and Christmas cards, and offer you the chance to bid for days out at prestigious sporting venues, theme parks and restaurants
All money raised through the eBay shop will go towards our “Dreams4Children” [hyperlink] programme which will give children who use our Fun Clubs an opportunity to have a dream come true, for example meet their favourite celebrity or even a trip to Disney Land.
