Ware & Hoddesdon Day Services

At our Ware and Hoddesdon Day Services we provide friendly and flexible community-based support for adults with learning difficulties, mainly on an outreach 1:1 or small group basis from our base at 3/5 Cross Street, Ware.

Our main focus is on developing independence, utilising local facilities and building social relationships so that people have a real presence in their own communities.

We do this by developing person centred plans with service users, continually listening, learning and understanding what is important to someone now and in the future, and acting upon this to positively change people’s lives.
