The objectives are to:
- Provide a safe and comfortable environment.
- To take an interest in and offer support and care to the person, while respecting his/her independence.
- To ensure that the person is free from any form of abuse, neglect or exploitation.
- To work as part of a team, with family, friends and professionals to promote his/her independence and quality of life.
The scheme is run by Guideposts Trust, in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council.
