Our services

Guideposts has been established in Hertfordshire since 1992, and since then has developed a number of services for and with adults with learning difficulties from its base in Cross Street, Ware. 

We are recognised as providers of innovative, person centred services, and have years of experience supporting adults with learning difficulties access their own community facilities and amenities.  Many of these services – the day services, shared lives/adult placement scheme and the evening leisure projects are provided through contracts with HCC ACS, whilst Guideposts funds through its charitable funds services such as the counselling service, friendship scheme and the social enterprises/work training projects at the shop in Ware High Street and the café at Letchworth Arts Centre.
