Our Management Structure

Guideposts Trust is structured to reflect our core philosophy of devolving decision making, funding and services to as local level as possible. 

As a result, service users are at the heart of what we do, with the structure of the charity designed to support their involvement.

Within our Communities, service users, supported by Guideposts Staff, identify and lead local services. In this way service users are led to play an active role within Guideposts, helping to create and be involved in their own communities.
